Thank you for choosing to commission me! Below is the Terms of Service to give you an understanding of the commission process. I want to make you the happiest with your art, so let's be kind to each other!

I will be providing you, the client, with a digital or traditional custom piece of artwork by request. By commissioning me, mai (@aoceli), you are automatically agreeing with these terms. Upon sending me a request, you are ready to pay the full amount upfront or a 50% nonrefundable deposit. This TOS is subject to change and only the current version will be honored.

Requesting

• You can use the form to submit a preliminary request, through DMs, email, or Discord. 

• Please provide what you want me to draw for you:

  • reference materials (yourself or your character)​

  • any specifications, such as a pose or background, number of characters, etc 

• • preferred size of canvas (if applicable)

  • deadline (if applicable)

• I will NOT draw anything that depicts hate or extreme bodies (like bodybuilders)

• I have the right to refuse a commission, and am not required to give a reason as to why.

• WIP's will be sent to you after the sketch phase and during the painting phase, so please tell me if there is a mistake or needed changes.

Usage Rights

• I retain the rights to my every image I produce. You may use it for personal use only. In other words, you can use it when you’re not making a profit.

  • Please fill free to use on your own social media accounts and use as a phone/laptop background or even an icon/avatar (you can tag me in the caption when posting).

  • PLEASE DO NOT use artwork commissioned by someone else unless given permission by them, use my artwork to earn profit, repost my artwork with an added watermark, or remove my signature.​​
